    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of applying oil on rails and a device thereof which suppress the wear and noise of inside and outside rails and prevent derailing on curved rails.
      SOLUTION: The device is structured to apply an appropriate amount of oil on a rail tread surface 1012 of the inside rail 101 on the curved rail whose curve radius is not less than 200 m and not more than 600 m and not to apply the oil on another rail tread surface 1022 and a gauge corner 1023 of the outside rail 102. On sharply curved rails whose curve radius is not more than 200 m, it is made possible to apply oil to the gauge corner 1023 of the outside rail 102, too, at a differential time interval in addition to the application of oil to the rail tread surface part 1012 of the inside rail 101.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anti-skid device for a rail stacking fixture which allows a railroad to travel on a long distance at high speed, and prevents a rail stacking fixture from skidding even if the railroad car travels on the curved way or suddenly stops, or even if an L-shape bolt conventionally used comes loose when the rail is loaded on the railroad car.
      SOLUTION: A rail carrying railroad car is equipped with a number of L-shape bolts 60 for fixing a plurality sets of rail stacking fixture 70 to a side beam 50 of a railroad car. A body plate 10 is fixed to each end of the rail stacking fixture 70 between the L-shape bolts 60, 60 and a through-rod 30 with a pin 33 formed on a screw rod 302 which joints to a fixing contact plate 20 so as to be able to abut to each side beam 50 of the vehicle car to the right and left through holes 101 of the upper part of each body plate 10, the front part slides on the through hole 101 with a round rod 301, and the rear part allows the collar 31 and a nut 32 to be screwed therein is inserted. The electromotive force generated between both electrodes of the lead wires 2, 3 is measured by a precise voltage measuring device. By setting the linear relation between said electromotive force and the concn. of phosphorus to be calibration curve, the concn. of phosphorus in a molten metal can be accurately analyzed.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric control type rail oil feeding device capable of injecting oil of proper quantity by maintaining fixed gaps among tongues of rail oil applying devices and rail heads, even if rails are vibrated when a train passes, and continuously feeding oil to required parts such as sharp curves and point rails by traveling wheels applied with oil.
      SOLUTION: An electric oil feeding pump 40 is electrically connected to a train detecting device 10 via an electronic control device 20 provided with a timer mechanism. In the tongues 62 for injecting oil to the rails 100 from oil injecting gaps of the oil applying devices 60 by a signal of the train detecting device 10, projecting parts 6211 and plane parts 6212 are alternately provided in the longitudinal direction. By making the projecting parts 6211 abut on side surfaces of the rail heads 101 of the rails 100, spaces among the plane parts 6212 and the side surfaces of the rail heads 101 are maintained as the fixed gaps to inject oil. At least two pairs of the oil applying devices 60 are arranged to alternately apply oil to the wheels of the train passing first, the wheels of the train passing next or the first wheel of the passing train and succeeding wheels.
