    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a driver from uncomfortably feeling, and also to prevent mounting rigidity of a liquid pressure actuator from being deteriorated, by avoiding generation of canti-lever vibration when vibration is generated on the hydraulic actuator.
      SOLUTION: The structure supports the hydraulic unit 1 provided with: a housing 2 building-in a constitution having a connected brake pipe for connecting a master cylinder and a wheel cylinder, including a pump at the inside and increasing/decreasing the wheel cylinder pressure; and a motor 4 mounted to one side surface of the housing 2 and driving the pump, on a vehicle body. The hydraulic unit support structure for a brake device is supported on the vehicle body by a bracket 10 by interposing vibration-proof rubbers 31, 32 at support positions (up), (sp) having predetermined support width KL and set at two or more points on the hydraulic unit 1. The support positions (up), (sp) are set such that a gravity axis ML, i.e., an axis in a gravity direction of center of gravity M of the hydraulic unit 1 falls into the support width KL.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly discharge oil liquid in an atmospheric pressure chamber even if a pressure in the atmospheric chamber is suddenly increased in a hydraulic control valve. SOLUTION: An adaptor 3 is fixed to a housing 2, a piston 9 with a step is also fitted and then an entrance port 5 and an exist port 7 are communicated with each other via a communication route 14. The piston 9 with a step is pressed by a spring 15. A valve element 17 is provided oppositely to the valve seat part 16 of the communication route 14. Following the increase of the hydraulic pressure of the entrance port 5, the piston 9 with a step is moved and, by unseating/seating the valve element 17 in the valve seat 16, the increase of the hydraulic pressure of the exit port 7 is suppressed and the hydraulic pressure is controlled. A U gasket 23 having a projection 26 is fitted in a lip part 25. Even if a pressure in an atmospheric pressure chamber 4 is suddenly increased and the U gasket 23 is deformed, since the deformation of the lip part 25 in its diameter expansion direction by a space formed by the projection 26, by pushing open the lip part 25, oil liquid in the atmospheric chamber 4 is smoothly discharged.

    • PURPOSE: To facilitate automatic assembly by integrating a support body and a valve member by supporting the elastic valve member in the support body, projectively providing a tubular part on this support body and coaxially extending it in the valve member. CONSTITUTION: A tubular part 15 is formed on a support body 7, the tubular part 15 is extended in a central hole 16 in a valve member 5, an end part 11 of the valve member 5 is made contact with a flange 17 of a bottom part of the support body 7 formed with the tubular part as its starting point, and the support body 7 and the elastic valve member 5 are integrally connected to each other. This formation is carried out by a method to vulcanize or inject the elastic valve member 5 to the support body 7 molded by deep drawing work from a metal material, etc. Thereafter, a cutout is provided in the inside of a valve member holding body 8, a flat bottom part 19 is formed adjacent to the flange 17 o the support body 7, and the support body 7, the valve member 5 and a safety member 9 are stored. In this constitution, automatic assembly is facilitated.
