    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic pressure braking device for a vehicle, provided with negative pressure assisting means and hydraulic pressure assisting means for performing brake control such as traction control, braking and steering control, brake assist control, etc., while efficiently using an output hydraulic pressure of pump means by properly controlling the output hydraulic pressure with a simple constitution. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a negative pressure booster VB, a hydraulic pressure booster HB, and valve means VM for controlling assistance by the hydraulic pressure booster. A solenoid valve device PV is interposed in a reduced pressure side hydraulic pressure path AO which connects and makes communicate a power chamber with a reservoir RV through the valve means to thereby control a flow in the reduced pressure side hydraulic pressure path in accordance with an operation state of a brake pedal BP and/or a vehicle state. At that time, when an output hydraulic pressure of a hydraulic pressure pump HP exceeds a predetermined relief pressure, the relief valve RL is opened, so that the output hydraulic pressure is easily and securely controlled to the pressure lower than the predetermined one.
