    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lift for vehicle maintenance capable of flattening the whole of a pit while the lift is lifted, even in the lift lifted/lowered by operating a link mechanism performing an elongating and contracting operation.
      SOLUTION: This lift is constituted by forming a lift lifting/lowering means 2 by a lower lift 2a and an upper lift 2b formed on the upper part, providing a cover plate 4 to close the pit 3 between the lifts 2a and 2b, and arranging a vehicle loading base 1 on the upper lift 2b. In the lift, the lower lift 2a and the upper lift 2b are formed by X link mechanisms elongating and contracting in the vertical direction. The bit 3 is closed by raising the cover plate 4 by the lower lift 2a when lifting the lift, and a lift lifting/lowering mechanism of two upper and lower stages of an upper lifting/lowering means and a lower lifting/lowering means is lifted/lowered by a driving device so that the pit 3 may make flush with a floor surface.

    • PURPOSE:To perform raising and lowering of a machine body by means of a slight force by arranging a stand for elevating a machine body in the position of the center of gravity in the longitudinal direction of a machine body. CONSTITUTION:A support axle 10 is caused to laterally span in the vicinity of the position (a longitudinal balance position) of a center G of gravity in a longitudinal direction of a car body 2 having a running crawler 1 and supported rotatably around the axis thereof by means of a bearing. The base part of a stand arm 11 is engaged with the support axle 10 and a ground touching stabilizing holding member 12 is arranged in an L-shape as seen from a side to the tip of the arm to constitute a stand 13 for elevation. The stand 13 is arranged in a state that it is rockable in the advancing direction (a longitudinal direction) of a machine body around the axle 10. Thus, after a car body is lifted up with the aid of the stand 13 for elevation, the whole of a machine body can be stably supported in a ground touched state at two points, one of which is an auxiliary stand 14 at the front part of a car body and the other is an auxiliary stand 15 at the rear part thereof.
