CONSTITUTION:In a thresher, a treating dram 25 is provided with a transferring member 27 for introducing materials to be treated which are formed in a threshing chamber, through open connection parts K1 and K2 into a treating chamber for treating them while they are transferred backward and a treating rod 29, etc., for imparting the materials with targeting performance at the position corresponding to a front open connection part K1. A ring-shaped collar 32 and a spiral-shaped discharging member 31 for applying resistance on the materials to be treated sent backward through a treating chamber and discharging them toward the threshing chamber are placed at the corresponding position to a rear open connection part K3. A spiral-shaped transferring member 33 for introducing the materials from the threshing chamber into a treating chamber and transferring backward beyond the rear delivery end of the threshing chamber is placed at the position corresponding to a rear open connection part K4. The rear delivery end of the treating chamber is connected to the screening chamber below. Scraping blades 54 as resistant bodies are attached to the positions corresponding only to the open connection parts K1 and K2 in such a manner as to approach to the periphery of the threshing dram.

    • PURPOSE:To increase a threshing and treating efficiency by repeating the threshing and treating of materials to be threshed and treated while they are returned and circulated between a threshing chamber and a treating chamber and to improve a screening performance by directly discharging dust, e.g. straw refuse formed in the treating chamber to the outside of the machine body from a dust exit of the delivery end of the threshing chamber. CONSTITUTION:A thresher is composed of a threshing chamber 17 in which a threshing dram 22 is placed on am axis, a treating chamber 18 in which a treating dram 25 is placed on another axis whose shaftcenter is in parallel or almost in parallel with that of the axis of the threshing dram 22 and an oscillating screening shelf 14 placed from below these chambers toward the rear side of the machine body. In this thresher, a connection opening is placed on a separation wall between the threshing chamber 17 and the treating chamber 18. The treating dram 25 is placed in the opposite side to the threshing opening of the threshing chamber 17 and at the corresponding position to the connection opening, and the treating dram 25 rotates in the opposite direction to the threshing dram. The treating chamber 18 extends long beyond the delivery end of the threshing chamber 17 to the delivery end of the oscillating screening shelf 14. Falling materials from the treating chamber 17 are supplied to the oscillating screening shelf 14 and screened by it. The delivery end of the treating chamber is open to the outside of the machine body.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent an accident caused by maloperation by constituting an operation lever, a side clutch, a side brake and a reversing transmission mechanism so as to operate in closer cooperation with each other, and carrying out a loose turn, a sharp turn or an excessive pivotal turn according to an operation lever setting position. CONSTITUTION:When an operation lever 5 is operated to the first setting position in either the left or the right, a directional control valve 42 is operated, and oil is sent to one of push cylinders 41L and 41R. Then, side clutch 2 of this side is disengaged, and a machine body makes a loose turn. When the operation lever 5 is operated to the second setting position in either the left or the right, relief pressure of a turn adjusting relief valve 44 is increased, and side brake of this side is operated, and the machine body makes a sharp turn. When the operation lever 5 is pulled further rearward from the second setting position, a direct return valve 55 carries out switching operation, and pressure of a relief valve 47 for an excessive pivotal turn is increased simultaneously, and thereby, the oil is sent to a reversing clutch 36. Then, this side wheel shaft is driven in an inverse direction, and the excessive pivotal turn is carried out.

CONSTITUTION:A traveling device comprises a drive wheel 21 at its front end portion, an idler wheel 22 at its rear end portion, a traveling frame 25 to which a plurality of freely turning wheels 23 disposed between the drive wheel 21 and the idler wheel 22 are each mounted, and a crawler 20 wound around the drive wheel 21, the idler wheel 22, and each of the freely turning wheels 23. In this case, the traveling frame 25 is divided into a front side portion 30 and a rear side portion 32, both of which are fixed to the frame 1 side of a working vehicle, and a middle frame 28 located between the front side portion 30 and the rear side portion 32. All or some of the freely turning wheels 23 are mounted to the middle frame 28 and the middle frame 28 can be detached from the front side portion 30 and the rear side portion 32 together with the freely turning wheels 23.
