    • PURPOSE:To prevent the loss of a high frequency wave and the decrease of impedance between electrodes, by coating the conductors in a duct housing with a protective membrane, and installing collectors to contact to the protective membranes to a holder which is movable to the duct housing. CONSTITUTION:In a trolley duct III, plural conductors 13 are held by an insulating spacer 12 which is fixed to a duct housing 11. In this case, the insulating spacer 12 is furnished to all the conductors 13, and the lower halves of the conductors 13 are coated with protective membranes 14. On the other hand, a collecting device IV installed movable to the trolley duct III has a roller 16, and collectors 17 are held by a collector holder 15. The collectors 17 move sliding on the conductors 13 through protective membranes 18 and the membranes 14 as the collector holder 15 moves. Therefore, since the conductors 13 are protected by the protective membrane 14, the surface deterioration is not produced, and as well as the high frequency wave loss is restricted, the decrease of the impedance between electrodes can be prevented.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent shoe characteristics from being degraded by comprising a resonance circuit by a step of securing a signal branching circuit on a movable base in parallel with a signal transmission conductor whereby taking out a part of resonance electric power. CONSTITUTION:A signal branching conductor 14 which is parallel with a signal transmission conductor 11, is installed on a base 13 wherein the conductor 14 is electromagnetically coupled with the conductor 11. This signal branching conductor 14 comprises a resonance circuit together with a capacitor 15 connected with said conductor. A part of resonance electric power is taken out from the resonance circuit. Owing to this constitution, a signal transmitting path can be branched under a non-contact condition between the signal transmission conductor 11 and the signal branching conductor 14. Accordingly, when a signal branching base 13 is moved to the longer direction of a signal transmission duct 1, shoe characteristics are not degraded with time whereby transmission troubles can be prevented.
