    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To largely contribute to reducing CO
      2 , while preventing an accident of dozing and inattentive driving, by taking in automatic maneuvering besides CO
      2 reduction, since a vehicle uses fossil fuel such as gasoline and gas oil out of things of generating much CO
      2 in these days when the problem of the CO
      2 reduction becomes important as the maximum problem of environmental disruption.
      SOLUTION: A vehicle traffic system is provided so that few storage batteries are mounted on a storage battery type vehicle, and are spread by reducing cost in the vehicle itself, a rail for making electricity flow is laid on a road, an electric current can be carried only to the rail of a passing position of the vehicle, safety is attained by releasing leakage by grounding even in a rainfall, long distance travel is made possible while being the storage battery type vehicle chargeable when the vehicle travels, maneuvering of the vehicle becomes largely free since the rail is only one, a motor is driven by electric power provided by the rail, a light is turned on at night, while charging the storage battery while being drivable using both heating of winter and cooling of summer without anxiety, and CO
      2 is reduced in traveling as long as the rail continues.
