Since only the transmission circuit of the specific terminal equipment is provided with a local oscillator 12, the local oscillator of the reception circuit 2 of the other terminal equipment is not required and the transmission/reception circuit is formed inexpensively. Further, the security is improved by applying scramble or modulation to the reference signal.

Thus, the reflection due to impedance mis-matching is attenuated by adding the resistance attenuation circuit 53 to the adaptor 5 in such a way, then the transmission quality is improved.

The secondary sound waves corresponding to the amplitude of a signal outputted from the audible signal generation part 25. Thus, the configuration of a circuit can be simplified and made available at a low cost.
