    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operation feeling when motion of a tractor starts shifting to a stabilized state.SOLUTION: A motion stabilizer for a combination vehicle includes a pendular motion determination means 21 configured to determine whether or not a pendular motion caused by a swaying motion of a trailer is generated in a tractor, a braking control means 23 configured to perform a braking control upon determination of the pendular motion, and an engine torque control means 24 configured to perform an engine torque control for regulating generation of engine torque upon the determination of the pendular motion. The engine torque control means 24 is configured to start releasing the regulation of the engine torque prior to the timing of starting the finishing of the braking control by the braking control means.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dissolve a concern of pushing-up feeling at the time of inertial brake releasing by disposing a stopper where the inner periphery of an outer tube comes into sliding contact with the outer periphery of an inner tube at the front end of the outer tube, and making a member fixed onto the inner tube face the stopper through a spring. SOLUTION: A base 17 is fixed at an appropriate place of an outer tube 5, at the lower part of which a leg 18 is mounted. When a towed vehicle is stored independently, the leg 18 is landed. While a carriage is being towed, a relative motion occurs between inner and outer tubes 3, 5 when the towed vehicle applies braking and the carriage is advanced to the towed vehicle by inertial force, so that a brake lever 12 rotates, an intermediate member 21 and a brake cable 14 move and the brake of the carriage is turned on. A motion of the inner tube 3 to the outer tube 5 is regulated as a result of a lever receiver 23 fixed onto the inner tube 3 is made to approach a stopper 24 consisting of an elastic member through a spring 34. The sudden approach of both the tubes 3, 5 at the time of inertial brake release is absorbed in the spring 34 to eliminate pushing-up feeling.
