    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple method of manufacturing a flexible packaging bag having a checking function utilizing a film-formed non-return extraction nozzle which is arranged so as to protrude from one side, e.g. an upper end of one side, of a packaging bag formed by sealing the front- and back-surface-side portions of one or two packaging laminated films half-folded in the central area of the width to join together and so that the superimposed soft plastic films are mutually adhered through a liquid material to be packaged. SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing a flexible packaging bag comprises joining, by fusion, a sealant layer on the outer surface of the base end part of a film-formed non-return extraction nozzle with a sealant layer in one side portion of a packaging laminate film fed continuously and caused to run, in such a posture as to protrude from a side edge, forming one or more concave protrusions, convex protrusions or convex/concave protrusions extending in the running direction of the packaging laminated film or obliquely to the running direction, at least in a part of an area of the packaging laminated film contributing to the division for charging packaging space of a material to be packaged and, with the individual sealant layers of the packaging laminated film on the front and the back surface side made opposite to one another, and forming, in order, vertical seal parts passing through the fusion-joined portions of the no-return extraction nozzle and lateral seal parts extending in the width direction of the film, at intervals in the running direction of the film, continuously in the running direction of the film, in each sealant layer on both the front and the back side.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form continuous envelopes which can receive even thick contents by pasting pasted bags formed with V-shaped folds which are folded inside of both right and left ends on a continuous sheet. SOLUTION: Three sides of a plurality of pasted bags 4 are sealed along a lengthwise direction of a continuous sheet 1 with numerous feed holes 2 provided along both length wise ends with equal intervals, and the sheet is cut off along perforations 3, 13 to form continuous envelopes 12. At this time, a V-shaped fold 9 folded inward is formed at both side rims of the pasted bag 4, and an outer rim of the fold 9 and a lower end of the bag 4 are folded to provide pasting margins for pasting on a rear face of the continuous sheet 1. Further, two vertically parallel bottom folds 14a, 14b are provided on the continuous sheet 1 and the pasted bag 4 at the lower end of the bag 4. Thus at the time of using the envelope 12, an opening width can be enlarged by the V-shaped fold 9 formed at both sides, while by making the continuous sheet or the bag 4 protrude inward in a V-shape from the lower bottom fold 14b, a bottom can be rectangular.
