    • PURPOSE: To obtain a set of sheets wherein a peeled sheet can be stuck on another substrate by constituting a repeelable and restickable adhesive layer arranged between two cutting lines on the face part of each sheet. CONSTITUTION: Paper sheets 10 and 12 which continue each other along a cutting line 14 in the longer direction exist in a paper web W running in the arrow mark direction. Repeelable and restickable adhesive layers 20 and 22 which are separated from each other by leaving adhesive-uncoated parts 24 on both sides of the cutting line 14 in the longer direction and providing adhesive- uncoated parts 30 are applied and formed on the back face of each paper sheet 10 and 12. In addition, a perforation 26 as the first cutting line and a perforation 28 as the second cutting line which need a stronger cutting force than that for the perforation 26 are provided on both sides. After a number of these paper webs W are laminated, they are cut along the cutting lines 14 in the longer direction and the cutting lines 16 and 18 and unstuck parts are bound with staples to prepare an individual set of sheets.

    • PURPOSE: To inexpensively and surely form a multipage bound booklet and to fasilitate handling by a method wherein paper sheets are folded along fold lines provided at the central parts of the papers and pressure-sensitive adhesive layers are piled and pressed to perform pressure sealed binding. CONSTITUTION: Paper sheets on which pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 20 strips are formed along their centerfold lines 18 are assembled and folded together and the pressure-sensitive adhesive layers 20 are activated by pressure and are solidified and bound together into a booklet. In addition, the second pressure-sensitive adhesive layers 26, 26' and 26" are not duplicated on the first pressure-sensitive adhesive layers 20, 20' and 20" and the pattern of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layers are strips parallel to the fold lines 18. Practically, folding is performed in such a way that the faces of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layers 20 face on both sides along the fold lines 18 and pressure is applied to activate and bond them and to form a booklet 30. In addition, two paper sheets 12 are used and are matched in such a way that the faces of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layers 20 on both sides face each other and are folded and bound each other to form the booklet 30.

    • PURPOSE: To obtain a continuous form with a reply envelope therein having a large dimension for efficiency purpose by specifying the seal piece of the reply envelope and forming an opening part. CONSTITUTION: An upper perforation 46 is set to a central part to provide slits 60-1 to a material 12 becoming the under paper surface 48 of a reply envelope at an equal interval up and down in a longitudinal direction so as to superpose them on longitudinal perforations 58, 62 and the slit 60-2 connecting the upper leading ends of the slits 60-1 on both sides to forma folding-back piece 76. The folding-back piece 76 is bent toward the under paper surface 48 along a folding line 68 to form a seal piece and, after this folded back piece 48 is bent, an opening part 60 is formed. In a material becoming the upper paper surface 50 of the reply envelope, in the same way, a folded-back piece 80 is bent along a perforation 82 being a folding line and an opening part 61 is formed. By this constitution, the waste of the materials is eliminated and the dimension of the reply envelope can be made large.

    • PURPOSE: To eliminate transfer holes by providing an adhesive stripe each with the first interval from the side edge on the CB face of the CB sheet, on the CF face of the first CF sheet and on the CF face of the first CFB face, and with the second interval on the CB face of the second CF sheet and the second CFB sheet, and adhering them with corresponding adhesive stripes. CONSTITUTION: A first adhesive strip 28 is formed on the CB face 27 of the CB sheet 25 with the first interval 29 from a side edge. A first adhesive strip 36 is provided on the CF face 32 of the first CF sheet 35 with the first interval 29 from a side edge. A second adhesive strip 33 is provided with the second interval 34 taking at least a dimension of the first interval 29 plus the adhesive strips 28, 36. And, adhesive strips 43, 44 are provided each on the CF face 41 of the first CFB sheet 40 with the first interval 29, and on the CB face with the second interval 34. Adhesive strips 46, 47 are similarly provided on the second CFB sheet 45. And the sheets 25, 30, 35, 40 are adhered, combining the first adhesive stripes with each other and the second adhesive stripes with each other up and down.
