摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mixer of earth and sand gathered on-site agitating and mixing the same satisfactorily rationally by enabling adjustment of a water adding stage when the earth and sand are mixed by a flowing-down action and agitated by an agitator. SOLUTION: In the mixer of the earth and sand gathered on-site, a hollow transportation passage is demarcated, the mixing material is supplied to the transportation passage from the upper end of a mixing tube which is obliquely arranged from the upper end to the lower end and which has a plurality of agitators each driven by a motor mounted in multi steps along the oblique direction in the transportation passage, and the mixing material flowing-down while being mixed in the transportation passage is agitated by the agitator, and the mixing material mixed and agitated in the transportation passage is discharged from the lower end of the mixing tube. The mixer is equipped with: the mixing tube 2 from whose upper end the earth and sand gathered on-site and cement as the mixing material are supplied; the first agitator, of the agitators 8 in the mixing tube, mounted on the uppermost step to mix the mixing material in a dry state; and a water supply part 35 mounted on the downstream side of the first agitator along the flowing-down direction of the mixing material to supply water to the mixing material flowing-down in the transportation passage. Along with this, a bottom air panel 5C for an inner form is installed at a bottom position inside a space surrounded by the core reinforcement 4B and between the air panels 5A and 5B and it is fixed by bringing both lateral parts thereof into pressure contact with the core reinforcement 4B respectively by the supply of air. The inner form is made in this way.

摘要： PURPOSE:To reduce the labor and time for assembling frame by a method wherein an inner frame consists of a main body, which is mounted to a base plate, and a movable part, which is arranged coaxially to the main body and opposes the bottom part of a concrete formed item and forms an enclosed space in conjunction with the main body, and a conduit to feed pressurizing fluid to the enclosed space is provided. CONSTITUTION:A framing device 10 consists of a base plate 18, outer frames 20, which are arranged on the base plate, an inner frame 22, which is surrounded by the outer frames, and a conduit 24 of gas or liquid pressurizing fluid. The demolding of a formed item is done by feeding the pressuirizing fluid from the conduit 24 to an enclosed space 50, after respective plate members 28 constituting the outer frame 20 are separated from the formed item 16. A plate 48 under the state adhered to the formed item 16 is raised together with the formed item, resulting in cutting off the adhesion between the base plate 18 and the inner frame 22 and the formed item 16. By hanging up the formed item 16 through lifting slings 60 at the bottom part of the formed item 16 by means of a crane or the like, the demolding of the formed item can be completed. As a result as mentioned above, the main body, which forms the sides of the inner frame, can consist of an inseparable single member and the cost of the device can be reduced.
