Then concrete is loaded into the square concrete shuttering 5 and after the concrete is compacted by centrifugal force by turning molding concrete shuttering 5, the same is released from a mold. A square framelike concrete body 8 is molded, which is cut at a boundary part 9 of the rib rods 1 adjoining to each other. Then four L-shaped precast concrete blocks 10 is produced where the rib rod 1 split into two is projected from the top of a vertical part piece and the inside of the lower part, and the main rod 2 of a corner part of the lower end of a beam is projected from both end faces in a longitudinal direction of the vertical part piece.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the strength of a pipe body against external pressure, and to eliminate a variation in the decrease of strength in molding.
      SOLUTION: In a concrete pipe for a pipe jacking method, a cage, which is formed by continuously molding a cage part 11 and a cage part 12 for an insertion port with a diameter smaller than that of the cage part 11, is used: the cage part 11 is embedded near an outer peripheral surface of a concrete pipe body 14; and the cage part 12 is embedded in the step part 18a of the pipe body 14. This makes the concrete pipe 15 for the pipe jacking method minimize the covering of concrete, so that the strength against the external pressure can be increased. Additionally, the cage is concentrically embedded in pipe body by performing centrifugal molding in a state that the continuously formed cage is arranged in a cylindrical form, so that the quality of the pipe body can be kept in the same proper state.

The pile can be formed at a cost lower than that of a SC pile having a higher load bearing capacity.

As a result, the developed strength of concrete becomes high from the central part of the cross section of the pillar toward the outside thereof.
