    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance workability by surrounding a post with a reinforcing frame provided with a concrete board on the outer periphery of a steel plate and piling up on a higher state and injecting a curing agent inside. SOLUTION: There is provided a steel plate 11 or more particularly, a U-shaped steel plate 11 whose inside shape is rather larger than the shape of an outside post and the outside shape of a post to be reinforced is divided into a plurality of sections and a concrete board is mounted on the outer periphery of the plate, thereby constituting a reinforcing frame 1. In the case when an existing post is to be reinforced, the reinforcing frame 1 is laid out on the outer periphery of the post and a sliced plate is mounted on both surfaces of a projection piece 11a exposed on the end of the reinforcing frame 1 so that they may be integrated with a bolt, thereby forming a reinforcing cylinder 2. Then the reinforcing cylinder 2 is stacked one after another up to the position of a beam, thereby surrounding the post. Then a curing agent, such as morta is injected into a gap between the inner surface of the reinforcing cylinder 2 and the outer surface of the post so that they may be hardened. This construction makes it possible to eliminate the need for welding or the like and hence simplify the execution of work and provide higher rigidity compared with the case when only the reinforcing plate is used, thereby eliminating the need for column clamp or the like.

    • PURPOSE:To make it possible to carry out two-step reinforcing arrangement of respective PC beams mutually crossing in right angles in the joint of a pillar and a beam. CONSTITUTION:The lowermost reinforcing rods 3, 4, 3', 4' are arranged in two-step respectively and the concrete body is not continuous in the joint with the pillar P of PC beam in one direction of the two-directional PC beams A, A' mutually crossing in right angles and a U-shaped recession 2 is provided at the end thereof respectively. The opposite right and left PC beams A, A' are connected to each other by the lowermost rods 4 of the PC beam A. The second step rod 3 above the lowermost one is protruded in the U-shaped recession at the end. In the other PC beam A' crossing in right angles with the PC beam A, the concrete body is discontinuous at the joint with the pillar P and the opposite PC right and left PC beams are connected to each other by the second step reinforcing rods 3', 4' of the bead. Moreover, joint rods 6 are previously set to cross in right angles with the first and second step rods respectively between these rods. One of PC beam A is placed on the pillar P and then the other PC beam A' is also placed. The second step reinforcing rods 3 of the PC beam A are jointed through the joint rods 6 so as to stride over the pillar P.

    • PURPOSE:To contrive molding of a hollow hole for piercing through of a main reinforcing rod within a concrete main body, by a method wherein a cylindrical mold material is set up to a predetermined position in the inside of an outer concrete shuttering for precast concrete molding, concrete is placed into the outer concrete shuttering and after revelation of strength of the concrete, the cylindrical mold material is removed. CONSTITUTION:After arrangement of an auxiliary iron reinforcing rod 3 such as a shearing iron reinforcing rod 3 by setting up a cylindrical form A on a fixed position on the inside of an outer concrete shuttering B for molding of a precast concrete member, concrete C is placed within the concrete shuttering B and steam curing at about 60 deg.C or higher is performed. When the concrete reveals necessary strength by completing the curing, the cylindrical frame A which is under a contracting state through heat is pulled out easily from within the concrete C. Consequently, a hollow hole 4 for piercing through of a main reinforcing iron rod can be molded into a precast concrete member D and at the same time, an uneven surface 5 is molded on an inner circumferential surface of the same hollow hole 4 with a protrusion 2. The main reinforcing iron rod is pierced through the same hollow hole 4 of the molded precast concrete member D like this and grout mortar is filled into the same hollow hole 4.

Then a fixed quantity of concrete 6 is loaded into the outer circumferential shuttering 1 and both side part shutterings 3. The shuttering is turned around its lengthy direction as an axis and the concrete 6 is fixed to an inner circumferential surface of the shuttering through consolidation by centrifugal tamping. Then the leverlike mold material 5 is pulled off along with demolding and a hollow precast concrete pillar A also serves as the shuttering into the outer circurmference of which the shearing reinforcing rod 4 is driven is molded.
