    • PURPOSE:To prevent a molded item made of a cement mortal extruded from an extruder under uncured condition from falling down and to attempt to keep the shape by embedding a long fiber or a fine metal wire in the thickness of the wall of the molded item while it is kept under stretched condition over the inside and outside of the extruder. CONSTITUTION:When a cement mortal 1 is extruded from a nozzle 3 of an extruder 2 to obtain a molded item 4, a string-like or a net-like reinforcing string 5 to be embedded continuously in the thickness of the wall of the molded item 4 is wound on a brake drum 6 on this side of the extruder 2 and it passes through the inside of the extruder 2 and moves at the same speed as extrusion speed (a) (the arrow mark) of the molded item 4 from the nozzle 3 and in the same direction while it is stretched by a remarkable tensile force between a stretcher 7 in front of the extrusion side. At the same time, the molded item 4 moves on a belt conveyer 9 moving synchronously with the extrusion speed (a). In this case, as the reinforcing string 5 embedded in the thickness or the wall of the molded item 4, when it is a metal wire, a steel fine wire usually with a diameter of 1.0mm or smaller, a stainless steel fine wire or a twisted wire of these metal fine wires are used.

    • PURPOSE:To expand the range of softness caused by kneading by feeding hardening mortar having been supplied into an extruder around a mandrel cylinder extending concentrically through a nozzle of the extruder, continuously extruding the mortar together with said cylinder under such conditions to form a hardening mortar pipe and drawing said pipe after the mortar has hardened from the mandrel cylinder. CONSTITUTION:A mandrel cylinder 3 is provided so as to extend through a nozzle 2 at the end concentrically therewith, so that the cylinder 3 forms the inner diameter of an extruded mortar pipe 4 and the inner diameter of the nozzle 2 forms a primary outer periphery of the pipe 4. Hardening mortar 5 is extruded from the nozzle 2 by a screw 7 of an extruder 1 to form the pipe 4, while at the same time the cylinder 3 is pushed at a speed equal to that of the mortar in the nozzle by a drive device such as a jack 6 so that the pipe 4 is formed in such a condition that the mortar is placed around the cylinder 3. In general, the cylinder is made from rigid material such as metal, therefore so far as the mortar is in close contact with the cylinder 3, the mortar is formed into a pipe. That is, the cylinder 3 forms the inner diameter of the pipe 4 and serves as a receiving member to keep a pipe.

    • PURPOSE:To prepare a resin pipe reinforced by a long glass fiber by forming a long glass fiber reinforced resin mortar layer to the inside of a long glass fiber reinforced resin layer and providing a long glass fiber reinforced resin layer consisting of a curing resin and a long glass fiber to the inner surface thereof. CONSTITUTION:A long glass flber 3 is injected from a nozzle while a curing resin 2 is injected to the inner surface of a rotary retaining mold 1 to be bonded and arranged to the inner surface of the retaining mold in the circumferential direction thereof. The jet speed of the long glass fiber is made faster than the peripheral speed of the inner peripheral surface of the rotating retaining mold by about 5-20%. When a long glass fiber reinforced resin layer 4 is molded, dry clean silica sand is scattered on said layer 4 to form a long glass fiber reinforced resin mortar layer 5 wherein some resin impregnated long glass fiber layers and some resin impregnated silica sand layers are alternately laminated. After the curing resin is cured at room temp. or by heat curing, the rotation of the retaining mold is stopped and a pipe is taken out of the retaining mold to obtain a required long glass fiber reinforced centrifugal force resin pipe.

An acid- resisting concrete body A is molded in such a manner that the top face of said acid-resisting layer 5 is coated with an alkali-resisting thermo-setting resin 7 and an acid-resisting double layer 5a is formed and the placing process of concrete 6 during a time when said resin is not cured and the mold release process are conducted as another method.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent a peeling phenomenon of an acid-resistant resin layer, by forming an intermediate layer having a large quantities of resin content on a position of a laitance forming layer in place of the laitance. CONSTITUTION:Aqueous emulsion of synthetic resin is compounded beforehand to concrete to be loaded into a rotary concrete shuttering. At the time of centrif ugal molding, resin contents whose specific gravity is light is raised to the inside and a resin layer 2 containing impurities in the concrete is formed. In the case of ordinary concrete not containing resin, upon the centrifugal molding, resin emulsion is loaded in succession and the resin layer 2 is formed. After cure of tubular concrete, acid-resistant curing resin or a matter made into a mortarlike state by adding fine powder such as sand or calcium carbonate or silica powder and a glass short fiber to the same is loaded on the inside of the tubular concrete. Those resin are cured at the normal temperature or by heating and a strong acid-resistant layer 3 is formed on the intermediate layer 2.

CONSTITUTION:At first, a resin 3 is ejected on the inner face of a form 1 from a resin-infecting nozzle 2 inserted in a hollow part of the form 1 rotating on a roller of a rotation machine and then, a glass continuous filament 5 is injected for a glass continuous filament-ejecting nozzle 4 and the inner face of a form 1 is adhered therewith while exposed to the resin 3. In this case, the ejection speed V of the glass continuous filament 5 is always larger than the peripheral speed nu of the inner face of the form 1, namely Vdivided by nu>1 and on the outer layer part, Vdivided by nu=A.
