    • PURPOSE:To reduce the capacity of a motor and save energy by providing a fly-wheel in a hydraulic forging press. CONSTITUTION:When the speed of a rotary cam 19 is lowered according to drop of the number of rotation after knowing the number of rotation of a fly-wheel 3 by a tachogenerator 1, the quantity of oil increases accordingly and a slide 5 is brought to a state capable of returning to the top dead center. By a starting instruction, a motor having a speed regulator starts rotation and rotates a rotary cam 19. When a control rod 14 is moved by the rotary cam 19, a hydraulic pump 4 flows oil, and the slide 6 makes stroke. Owing to the installation of the fly-wheel 3, the capacity of the motor can be made small, and by lowering the number of rotations especially near the bottom dead center within the range of forming speed reduction, large working energy can be generated.

    • PURPOSE:To simplify a mechanical and hydraulic double-acting press by driving an inner slide to which an upper punch is attached, with a crank mechanism, and also pushing up a bed slide to which a lower punch is attached, by a descent of the inner slide. CONSTITUTION:An upper closed metallic die 17 is attached to an outer slide 7, and an upper punch 18 is attached to the lower end of an inner slide lower part 6. On the other hand, a lower punch 19 is attached to the upper end of a bed slide 8, and a lower part closed metallic die 20 is attached. In this state, when a valve 12 is opened at the time of forging of a base material 21, oil goes into the lower part of an inner slide head part piston 5 from a tank 22, and the outer slide 7 descends. In this case, when a clutch is applied, an eccentric shaft 4 rotates, the inner slide lower part shaft 6 descends, and the oil flows backward to the tank 22. When the upper punch 18 descends to some position, the valve 12 is closed, a valve 13 is opened, oil of the lower part of the inner slide head part piston 5 flows to the lower part of a bed slide lower part piston 10, and the bed slide lower part piston 10 lifts.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce the capacity of a main motor and the loss of a hydraulic circuit by providing a piston pump as a driving device and enabling hydrostatic driving of a hydraulic press by an external device. CONSTITUTION:A driving device provided on the outside of a forging machine is formed of a piston pump. The piston 11 of the piston pump is driven by a crank shaft 5. The shaft 5 is connected at one end to a flywheel 3 by a clutch 2 and is provided with a brake 29 at the other end. A small piston 27 is driven by a cam 16 provided to said shaft 5. The slide knockout and bottom knockout of the hydraulic press body are then hydraulically actuated in synchronization with the movement of a press slide.
