    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a cold-rolled steel sheet, which can suppress the occurrence of a blister.
      SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the cold-rolled steel sheet, which can suppress the occurrence of the blister, includes controlling a period of time tc until the cold rolling is started after pickling has been finished, and/or the highest surface temperature Tmax of the hot-rolled steel plate after the pickling has been finished, so as to satisfy the expression (1), Hc/Ho>exp{-0.002×(Tmax+tc/100)}, according to the pickling conditions and the cold-rolling conditions when the hot-rolled steel plate is cold-rolled after the pickling has been finished; wherein Ho is a concentration of hydrogen in the steel plate right after the pickling has been finished; Hc is a critical concentration of hydrogen in the steel plate right before the start of cold rolling, which causes defects of surface quality due to the blister and is determined by the cold rolling conditions; and the maximum surface temperature Tmax of the hot-rolled steel plate is a surface temperature of the steel plate right after the pickling has been finished, but when the hot-rolled steel plate has been heated, is a higher temperature out of a surface temperature right after the pickling has been finished and a surface temperature which has reached by the heating.
