      본 발명의 소포 분류 시스템은, 크로스 벨트 방식으로 구동되는 트랙(110); 분류 대상이 되는 소포(10)를 적재하여 트랙(110) 측으로 이송하는 적재라인(120); 적재라인(120)에 의해 공급되는 소포를 트랙(110)에 투입하는 적재라인 인덕션(125); 트랙(110)의 상측에 구비되어서, 투입된 소포를 적재한 상태로 트랙(110)이 구동됨에 따라 함께 이동하는 캐리어(112); 트랙(110)을 따라서 복수 개가 구비되되 트랙(110) 상의 소포가 동일 목적지별로 방출되도록 하는 슈트(140); 트랙(110)의 일측에 구비되되, 소포의 상면 및 측면에 표시된 소포 정보를 판독하고 트랙(110) 상의 소포의 위치를 감지하는 5면 영상처리부(150); 5면 영상처리부(150)에 의해 판독되지 않은 소포를 트랙(110)에 재투입하도록 하는 피드백라인(160); 및 5면 영상처리부(150)로부터 전달되는 소포 정보를 이용하여 소포를 방출할 슈트(140)를 결정하는 제어부;를 포함하고, 트랙(110)은 제1, 2 트랙(110a, 110b)이 한 쌍으로 구비되어 각각 소포 집중지역의 소포와 그 외 지역의 소포를 처리하도록 하되, 해당 지역의 소포가 아닌데 잘못 투입된 소포가 해당되는 트랙(110)으로 이송될 수 있도록 제1, 2 트랙(110a, 110b)을 서로 연결하는 숏컷라인(180); 및 숏컷라인(180)에 의해 공급되는 소포를 트랙(110)에 투입하도록 하는 숏컷라인 인덕션(185);을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sorting device and a pattern recognition device capable of efficiently recognizing patterns.SOLUTION: The pattern recognition device reads an image in an area written with a piece of sorting information on an article to be sorted. The pattern recognition device recognizes a pattern constituting the sorting information and recognizes the sorting information from the recognized pattern by using a parameter for recognizing a pattern from the read image as a sorting information of an article to be sorted stored in a storage. The pattern recognizing section sorts the article to be sorted based on the obtained sorting information as the recognition result and displays a read image of the article to be sorted which the pattern recognizing section has failed to recognize the pattern constituting the sorting information. The pattern constituting the sorting information included in the read image of the article to be sorted displayed on the display section is input by an operator. An optimization section selects an optimum parameter on the basis of the pattern input by the operator and the read image including the pattern, and stores the selected parameter in the storage as a parameter for recognizing a pattern.
