SOLUTION: A base plate is installed at an object, and a foot plate is attached to footgear. The base plate comprises a toe retaining latch, a heel retaining latch, and a first release part. The tip latch is disposed at a front part of the base plate. The heel retaining latch is disposed at a rear portion of the base plate. The first release part is disposed between the toe retaining latch and the heel retaining patch. The first release part disengages either the toe retaining latch or the heel retaining latch from the foot plate. The foot plate comprises a toe support and a heel support. The foot plate is detachably secured to the base plate as the toe support is engaged with the toe retaining latch, and with the heel support engaged with the heel retaining latch.

Each rotational wheel 7 is rotatably supported by a roller axis at a rotation center 8, and each wheel 7 is engaged with a tire part 11 through wheel passing projections. Uneven grooves 12 are formed on the outer surface of the tire part 11 depending on running conditions, whereby the roller is integrally formed.
