摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain the running exercise implement which can execute the bend adjustment and has the same function as a snow ski by providing a wheel in the front part and the rear part, respectively of a slender base plate provided with a foot fixing part so as to be freely rotatable in the base plate length direction, parting the base plate in a suitable position and connecting each parted base plate through an elastic body. CONSTITUTION:In the front part and the rear part of a slender base plate 2 provided with a foot fixing part 1, a wheel 3 is respectively provided so as to be freely rotatable in the base plate length direction, and a stop wheel 6 is provided with a one-way clutch mechanism for obstructing a retreat running/rotation in a suitable part of the base plate 2 so that an advance running/rotation can be executed freely in the same direction as the wheel 3. Also, a distance between the lower edge of the stop wheel 6 and the ground surface in a normal state is set to a prescribed distance L, and also, when load works on the base plate 2, it is set so that the stop wheel 6 is grounded. In this case, the wheel 3 is provided in the front part and the rear part, respectively of the base plate 2 so as to be freely rotatable in the base plate length direction, the base plate 2 is parted in a suitable position, and each parted base plate is connected through an elastic body 44. In such a way, a bend can be set arbitrarily.

Only in the case load works on the base plate 2, the stop wheel 6 is grounded, therefore, this implement can be operated in all the same sensation as a snow ski.

Also in the lateral direction of the mat groups, plural mat groups with the same form are laid by connecting the mats each other through the connections 2 respectively. A skiing slope is formed by laying mats 1 on the slope surface in the same process.
