摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pair of skis by which it is possible for the user to enjoy or practice skiing on slopes with no snow while having sliding feelings and using sliding techniques similar to those of snow skiing.
SOLUTION: A pair of roller skis each comprising at least four fixed rollers 9 to12 disposed in parallel on the central lower face of a long and narrow board 4 made of an elastic material while having a left-right spacing corresponding to the width of the board and while having a front-rear spacing shorter than the front-rear length of a boot 1 secured to the board 4, and two casters, one disposed on the lower face of the top portion of the board and the other disposed on the lower face of the tail portion of the board 4, wherein when the board 4 is placed on the ground with no load applied thereto, only the rollers of the top and tail casters 5, 6 make contact with the ground and the fixed rollers 9 to 12 at the central portion are away from the ground.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism for allowing a user to lift up and down a heel with respect to a frame for supporting wheels concerning sporting goods such as a roller skate and an in-line skate.
SOLUTION: Not less than two axes are arranged in a skate, a plate to which the skate is attached, or the frame for supporting the wheels. The heel is lifted up/down respectively with the axes as a fulcrum. Braking is performed by lifting-down the heel, or lifting-up the heel by not less than a fixed angle. In a figure 5, the heel is lifted down with the axis 24 as a fulcrum, and lifted up with the axis 23 as a fulcrum. The heel is lifted up to pressurize a metallic material 2G with a roller 2F at a toe, or the heel is lifted down to pressurize a metallic material 2g with a roller 2f at the heel, so that braking is performed.

摘要： A universal binding apparatus for detachably securing footwear to an article is disclosed . The apparatus includes a base plate and a foot plate. The base plate attaches to the article while the foot plate attaches to the footwear. The base plate includes a toe latch, a heel latch, and a first release. The toe latch is disposed at a front portion of the base plate while the heal latch is disposed at a rear portion of the base plate such that the first release is also disposed between the toe latch and the heel latch. The first release enables either the toe latch or the heel latch to be disengaged from the foot plate. The foot plate includes a toe support and a heel support. The toe support is disposed at a front portion of the shoe plate similar to the front portion of the base plate and while the heel support is disposed at a rear portion of the shoe plate. The shoe plate removably attaches to the base plate with the toe support engaged with the toe latch and the heel support engaged with the heel latch. The first release operates to disengage either the toe latch or the heel latch or both from the foot plate.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sport tool which can increase the speed of walking by rotating wheels with walking-like actions in a shape like roller skates mounted on both feet.
SOLUTION: The tool is provided with a drive mechanism which operates to rotate the wheels by foot forces, spring forces and the like by raising the heels thereof. One or more of one-way rotary clutches are so built in the course of the drive mechanism as to enable acceleration keeping the kicking foot from running backward uselessly while raising the heels or by kicking simultaneously at a specific point. In Fig. 1, the action of raising the heel generates a rotating force which works on a sprocket 8a built in the one-way rotation clutch to rotate the wheels 13 in one direction. The position at which the rotation of the sprocket 8a works to accelerate the wheels 13 is defined as the specified point and the kicking action is made simultaneously with the action of raising the heel at the specified point thereby enabling the acceleration of the tool by keeping the kicking foot from running backward uselessly.
