    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable punching operations with high performance by a large punching force and punch rotation, using the same basic structure as that of a conventional apparatus. SOLUTION: For a guide hole 21 for guiding a punch 6 in a vertical direction, a lower portion 21b is formed to be wider (b>a) than a narrow upper portion 21a, and inclination surfaces 21c1, 21c2 are formed therebetween. An operation pin 11 engages with a cam 10, and the punch 6 is moved vertically for punching by reciprocating movement of a cam plate 3. At a punching position, the operation pin 11 abuts on the inclination surface 21c of the guide hole to rotate the punch 6 and to provide a large punching force by reducing a cam inclination angle α by an amount of a guide hole inclination angle β.
