    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a program for machining a press die capable of greatly reducing machining time without requiring skills or causing danger, a program for generating the machining program, and a machining device. SOLUTION: A method for machining a press die having a punching blade portion B and a second relief section C recessed inwards of the contour shape of the punching blade portion is provided. A tamping tool having at least one or more edge portions on the outer periphery of a tip of its tool body is used, the at least one or more edge portions protruding from the outer peripheral surface thereof and capable of machining when rotating about the axis of the tool body and when moving in the axial direction of the tool body. As the tamping tool is rotated while the axis of the tool body is in an attitude approximately parallel to the plane of the punching blade portion B, the tamping tool is moved relatively along the contour shape of the punching blade portion B, and every time the tamping tool is moved relatively by a predetermined pitch, the tamping tool is moved relatively in the axial direction of the tool body along the shapes of the punching blade portion B and the second relief section C along a punching direction.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drilling apparatus and a method of manufacturing a drilling workpiece, which can improve the drilling accuracy and can sufficiently extend the life of a drilling tool (in particular, cutting edge).SOLUTION: The drilling apparatus includes: a shaft part extending from a holder for holding a drilling tool rotating around a first axis; a reduction gear connected to the shaft part; a cylindrical member for freely rotatably containing the shaft part at an eccentric position and rotating around a second axis parallel to the first axis; and a containing cylinder for containing the shaft part, the reduction gear and the cylindrical member. The drilling apparatus employs such a configuration that the drilling tool is rotated by rotating the shaft part, the cylindrical member connected to the output shaft of the reduction gear is rotated at a prescribed reduction ratio around the second axis of the cylindrical member by rotating the input shaft of the reduction gear, thereby the drilling tool is revolved around the second axis while rotating around the first axis and thus, a workpiece is drilled.
