    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hole drilling method capable of drilling a hole at a tilted surface of a workpiece without requiring a new jig and an additional control shaft. SOLUTION: The hole drilling method is directed for drilling the hole at the tilted surface of the workpiece W by using a processing device in which a table for mounting the workpiece W and a spindle head are configured to be relatively movable in a three-dimensional direction. The hole drilling method includes a center hole drilling step for drilling a center hole 1 in parallel with the axis of the spindle head from an upper position of the tilted surface above the processing position P of the hole 2 at the tilted surface by a center hole drilling tool, a drill attitude setting step for cutting the workpiece W till the tip of the drill 35 reaches the almost center axis 3 of the hole 2 while cutting the workpiece W with the center hole 1 as a guide by the drill 35 and then tilting the drill 35 till it coincides with the center axis of the hole, and a hole drilling step for drilling the hole by moving the drill forward/backward in the axial direction of the drill while allowing the drill to be in a set attitude.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a program for machining a press die capable of greatly reducing machining time without requiring skills or causing danger, a program for generating the machining program, and a machining device. SOLUTION: A method for machining a press die having a punching blade portion B and a second relief section C recessed inwards of the contour shape of the punching blade portion is provided. A tamping tool having at least one or more edge portions on the outer periphery of a tip of its tool body is used, the at least one or more edge portions protruding from the outer peripheral surface thereof and capable of machining when rotating about the axis of the tool body and when moving in the axial direction of the tool body. As the tamping tool is rotated while the axis of the tool body is in an attitude approximately parallel to the plane of the punching blade portion B, the tamping tool is moved relatively along the contour shape of the punching blade portion B, and every time the tamping tool is moved relatively by a predetermined pitch, the tamping tool is moved relatively in the axial direction of the tool body along the shapes of the punching blade portion B and the second relief section C along a punching direction.
