摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a component mounting device in which a clip can be easily assembled to a boss and the assembled clip is prevented from coming off the boss.
SOLUTION: The mounting device is equipped with the boss 10 provided to protrude form a component 1, and the clip 30 assembled to the boss 10. The clip 30 is composed of a more rigid resin than the boss 10, and includes a pressing piece 40, an elastic engagement piece 50, and a connecting part 60 for connecting the base ends of the pieces 40 and 50. Protrusions 67 are formed alternately on front and rear walls 61, 62 opposing the connecting part 60 with a predetermined interval in between along the insertion direction of the boss 10. The interval between the protrusion 67 on the front wall 61 side and that between the protrusion 67 and the rear wall 62 side are formed smaller than the thickness of a tip end of the boss 10. When the clip 30 is inserted into the boss 10, each protrusion part 67 formed alternately bites into both sides of the tip end of the boss 10, and the clip 30 is firmly assembled to the boss 10.

SOLUTION: A fastener to combine a trimming materials with a vehicle interior includes a metal insert which is molded on the elastic body of the fastener. A rotation protecting rib protects the excessive rotation of the fastener after its installation.Each flexible wing of a metal insert material extending to opposite side is equipped separately from each other so that the flexible wing can bend sufficiently without interference when the fastener is inserted. While a protecting part formed in the remote end of a pair of supporting legs facilitates the positioning of the fastener, it becomes possible to protect a friction between the fastener and metal surface of vehicle interior. In the other practising form, a doghouse assembly having an opening and a slot which unites with a seal plate fastener fitting mechanism is provided, and also in another practising form, a fitting method for a silver plate fastener profiles to the vehicle interior is provided. SOLUTION: The attaching member 20 of a strap ST is provided in a hole 12B formed at the outside side of the body 12 of a guitar 10. The attaching member 20 is constituted of a shaft-shaped member 21, which is fixed in the hole 12B with an adhesive B and a holding part 22 which is located at the outside of the hole 12B, by being provided successively with the shaft-shaped member 21. The shaft-shaped 21 is constituted of a 1st shaft-shaped part 24 which is located at its tip end side, a 2nd shaft-shaped part 25 which is located at a base part side, and a split groove 26 which is formed in these 1st and 2nd shaft-shaped part 24, 25. The 1st shaft-shaped part 24 is brought into contact with the inner peripheral surface of the hole 12B; whereas the 2nd shaft-shaped part 25 forms a space for containing the adhesive B, in between the inner peripheral surface of the hole 12B and the 2nd shaft-shaped part 25. When the shaft-shaped member 21 is inserted into the hole 12B, the 1st shaft-shaped part 24 is deformed according to the shape of the inner peripheral surface of the hole 12B, while narrowing the width of the ditch of the split groove 26.
