摘要：複数の電子機器の冷却性能を向上させ、かつ冷却性能のばらつきを無くして安定化させる冷却装置、及び液浸冷却による冷却効率を向上させた電子機器を提供する。底壁及び側壁によって形成される開放空間を有する冷却槽12内に複数の内部隔壁13a〜13e、14a〜14eを設けることにより開放空間を分割し、配列された複数の収納部15aa〜15ddが形成される。各収納部に電子機器100が収納される。収納部の各々には、冷却液11の流入開口16aa〜16ddが各収納部の底部又は側面に形成され、流出開口17aa〜17eeが各収納部を流通する冷却液の液面近傍に形成される。電子機器は、1つ以上のプロセッサがその上に搭載される第1の面とその反対側の第2の面とを有する第1のボード121、第1のボードの第2の面に対向する第3の面を有する第2のボード122、第2の面と第3の面との隙間により形成されるフローチャネル123を有する。
