摘要： A communication system which controls communication between a calling terminal connected to a calling-side communication network and a called terminal connected to a called-side communication network. The calling-side communication network includes an access request transfer device that transfers an access request, which has been sent from the calling terminal, to the called-side communication network; an access request cancel notice receiving device that receives an access request cancel notice, which indicates cancellation of the access request, from the called-side communication network; an access-disable terminal information registering device that registers identification information of the calling terminal which sent the access request in an access-disable terminal storage device, based on the received access request cancel notice; and a restriction request information sending device that sends restriction request information, which indicates the identification information of the calling terminal registered in the access-disable terminal storage device, to a communication restriction apparatus which controls restriction for each communication from the calling terminal and stores corresponding restriction information, based on the restriction request information.

摘要： A method of allowing a non-IP-based network to interact with an IPTV-based network is provided. The method comprises: receiving an indication at an IPTV Mediation Application Server (IPTV Mediation AS) that a subscriber to IPTV service is watching television, wherein the television is connected to an IPTV set-top box (IPTV STB) in a home viewing network; receiving a call from a caller directed to a circuit-switched communication device of the subscriber; suspending normal call processing and giving control of the call to the IPTV Mediation AS; interacting with the home viewing network and sending instructions to the IPTV STB regarding a pop-up message to be played on the television; receiving instructions for handling the call at the IPTV Mediation AS; and sending the instructions for handling the call to a service switching point.

摘要： Techniques are disclosed for making an automated telephone call more interactive and intelligent by saving responses gathered from a previous call and using that information to build more personal and engaging subsequent interactions. An initial telephone call can be designed with data needs in mind. Relevant responses from the initial calls can be captured and stored and a follow-up call can be created that includes dialogs that reference specific information from the previous interactions with the system. Such build call techniques can be utilized on outbound, as well as inbound calls, and can simulate a human being's ability to listen, remember and refer to past conversations, making the automated telephone calls more interactive and effective.

After end of telephone conversation, a called person who has received the incoming call accesses an information providing server 400 through a radio LAN access point 600 and the Internet by operating the mobile communication terminal 100, and enters information, which evaluates whether the importance specified on the received business is appropriate or not. The information providing server 400 offers the entered evaluation information to a memory unit 500. If there is a calling request from the calling side, the communication controller 300 determines whether call processing may be performed or not based on the evaluation information stored in the memory unit 500.

SOLUTION: A telephone number of an opposite party is entered to the IP phone 101, which acquires a NAPTR record of the opposite party from an ENUM server 103 on the basis of the entered telephone number of the opposite party. The IP phone 101 extracts a destination number and a service name as contact destination information of the opposite party from the acquired NAPTR record and displays a contact destination list on a display section 205. When one service name is selected among service names list-displayed on the display section 205, the selected service name is displayed with emphasis and a corresponding destination number is displayed. The IP phone 101 makes a call to an opposite terminal on the basis of the selected contact destination information from the displayed contact destination list.
