This hybrid transformer 7 serves as the two-wire/four-wire converting circuit and cancels the impedance between both windings to an in-phase noise generated between both lines of the subscriber circuit and the ground, so a feeding detecting circuit 1 is short-circuited to the in-phase noise to evade malfunction.
