    • PURPOSE:To attain neutralization of a communication line with simple circuit constitution by connecting a transistor (TR) for cancelling a reception signal in parallel with any bridge forming element in contact with a transmission/reception line. CONSTITUTION:A transmission output voltage of a TR1 is divided by a collector resistor R2 and an emitter resistor R3 of output TR3 in Darlington connection with the TR2 and fed to a transmission/reception transformer T. Since the transmission signal given to the base of the TR4 for cancelling a reception signal is adjusted by a variable resistor VR to an equi-potential with the level of the emitter in this case, the TR4 is not activated. Thus, in selecting transmission signal neutralization resistors R4, R5 as R5/R3=R4/R2, no transmission signal is leaked between a neutralizing point A and ground. On the other hand, when a reception signal is inputted, since the TR4 is activated, the reception signal is extracted largely from the neutralizing point A when the emitter equalizing resistance of the TR3 is much decreased.

    • PURPOSE:To suppress the oscillation of a circuit by increasing a switching frequency several times higher than the maximum frequency of a transmission/reception signal to prevent a transmission output from leaking to a receiving side. CONSTITUTION:The transmission signal is inputted to a gate of a transmission output transistor FET1, a drain circuit is provided with a series circuit comprising a transmission and reception line T and a switching element FET2, and resistors R1, R2 having a resistance value of several ohms are connected across an FET2. Then, a pulse having a frequency twice or over the transmission signal frequency is applied to a gate of the FET2. Thus, the integrated waveform across the switching element FET2 is similar to that of the transmission signal and they are in-phase to each other then they are cancelled with each other and no transmission signal is leaked to the output side by adjusting the potential to an equal value by a proper method and inputting the result to both input terminals of a differential amplifier OP.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent a transmission output from being leaked to a reception side and to ensure the amplification factor, by providing a detection rectifying circuit having transmission and reception lines and a balancer detection rectifying circuit having a transmission signal part of opposite phase and neutralizing the opposite phase parts of the two circuits. CONSTITUTION:An AM modulation carrier wave modulated with a transmission signal applied to a connecting point between switcing elements D1 and D2 connected in series via a coupling capacitor C1 is detected and rectified in opposite phase to each other by the switching elements D1 and D2 and picked up at both ends of a transmission and reception line ZT comprising time constants C3, R2, T1 and of a balancer ZB comprising time constants R1, C2. Thus, a neutralizing point is formed at a point of a variable resistor VR connecting both the circuits. Then, in connecting this neutralizing point to a reception antenna, the transmission signal is transmitted to the line ZT only, allowing to prevent the leakage of the signal to the reception antenna.

    • PURPOSE:To improve the factor of amplification by connecting sectional windings, the primary windings of an output transmformer, in parallel between a power source line B and the collector of a transistor (TR) to make the voltage to be outputted to a transmission signal output terminal increase by a low voltage of B. CONSTITUTION:Sectional windings, the primary windings of an output transformer TR1, are connected between a power source line B and the collector of a TR Q1 in parallel through diodes D1-D6 and resistors R1-R3 respectively. CR parallel circuits 3-1, 3-2 are connected between the start and end of each sectional winding. A diode D7 is connectecd in the forward direction from the power source line B, a parallel circuit 3-3 is connected between the negative pole of the diode D7 and the end of the sectional winding W3 and a transmission signal output terminal 4 is located between the negative poles of the diodes D2 and D7. In this way, the voltage to be outputted from the terminal 4 is increased, improving the factor of amplification.
