    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmitter IC having a SAW-based oscillator.
      SOLUTION: The transmitter IC 150 can be externally connected to a SAW device, and the transmitter IC 150 includes an oscillator circuit 200. The oscillator circuit 200 includes an inverter stage 210, a first capacitor 220, a second capacitor 230, and a register 240. The inverter stage 210 has an input terminal 211 and an output terminal 213, that are connected to both ends of the SAW device. The first and second capacitors 220 and 230 are respectively connected between a ground terminal GND and the input and output terminals 211 and 213 of the inverter stage 210. The register 240 is connected between the input terminal 211 and the output terminal 213 of the inverter stage 210.
