    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a change in an electrical characteristic of a signal transmission circuit caused by a characteristic fluctuation of a semiconductor integrated circuit.SOLUTION: A transmission circuit 10 is formed such that driver circuits 30a-30d comprise pluralities of driver units 32a-32d connected in parallel, respectively. A code setting section 52 detects a voltage Vms output from a replica circuit corresponding to the driver units 32a of the driver circuit 30a and a voltage Vmo output from a replica circuit corresponding to one of the driver units 32c of the driver circuit 30c, and on the basis of a ratio of the voltages Vms, Vmo, sets operational numbers Na-Nd of driver units for the driver circuits, respectively, such that output resistance values of the driver circuits are preset output resistance values Roa-Rod, respectively. The driver circuits have the operational numbers of driver units operatively connected in parallel.
