    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic component that incorporates a capacitor having a desired capacitance value.SOLUTION: The electronic component includes: a land electrode disposed on a bottom surface; a first capacitor conductor opposite to the land electrode; a second rectangular capacitor conductor disposed above the first capacitor conductor with respect to a direction of lamination and opposite to the first capacitor conductor; a third capacitor conductor disposed above the second capacitor conductor with respect to the direction of lamination and opposite to the second capacitor conductor; and a first via hole conductor connecting the first capacitor conductor to the third capacitor conductor. The second capacitor conductor has an indentation recessed from a shorter side in a predetermined direction of extension of a longer side, the first via hole conductor passes through the indentation, and the depth of the indentation in the predetermined direction is greater than the width of a portion of the third capacitor conductor overlapping the indentation.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain sharp and high attenuation in the attenuation ranges close to each other outside of the TV radio wave band and to provide a filter for suppressing the number of inductors used and contributing to device miniaturization.
      SOLUTION: A plurality of elastic wave resonators connected in the form of parallel arms for forming a plurality of attenuation ranges are connected to the isopotential points of a signal path without any inductor. Alternatively, series circuits of a plurality of element sections which cause series resonance are connected to the signal path as the parallel arms. Thus, high attenuation is achieved in each of the attenuation ranges. However, ranges equivalent to, as it were, zero points exist between the adjacent poles. However, even if the zero points exist, a characteristic of sharply attenuating at both sides of each zero point is achieved. Pairs of the elastic wave resonators (pairs of resonators) connected to the isopotential points or the parallel arms consisting of the series circuits are cascade-connected to the signal path and inductors for inverting the phases are interposed between the arms.
