    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy-to-manufacture double stator type motor for which a ferrite magnet 11 that is susceptible to demagnetization can be used.SOLUTION: The motor according to the present invention comprises an annular rotor R, an inner stator Si arranged inside the rotor R, and an outer stator So arranged outside the rotor R. The rotor R comprises plural segment parts 10 annularly coupled to each other via bridges, and ferrite magnets 11 arranged between the adjacent segment parts 10. The inner stator Si and the outer stator So have the same number of polarities as the rotor R, and an inner stator coil and an outer stator coil are connected at opposite phases so that both coil magnetomotive forces are applied parallel to the segment parts 10. Also, the inner stator coil is set to have the smaller number of in-slot conductors than the outer stator coil, and an in-slot conductor 13a of the inner stator coil is communicated with an inner in-slot conductor 15a1 of the outer stator coil via a bridging part.

SOLUTION: Teeth 21-25 of an armature core 12 include: inside winding parts 27 on the base end side; and a pair of branch teeth 26a and 26b which extend from the tip end of inside winding parts 27 to branch in a manner to separate in the circumferential direction. The magnetic path cross sectional area at each inside winding part 27 is twice as large as or larger than the magnetic path cross sectional area at the branch teeth 26a and 26b. On each inside winding part 27, inner layer coils 42a-42e, arrayed in the circumferential direction with no overlapping each other in the radial direction, are wound by concentrated winding. On two adjacent branch teeth 26a and 26b of the teeth 21-25 adjacent to each other, outer layer coils 43a-43e, arrayed in the circumferential direction with no overlapping each other in the radial direction, are wound by distributed winding. The center in the circumferential direction of the inner layer coils 42a-42e and the center in the circumferential direction of the outer layer coils 43a-43e are displaced from each other in the circumferential direction.
