The control board 40 is arranged between a first flat plane P1 which includes an attachment surface 19B to a dash panel D of a vehicle body of a housing 19 and a joint surface 193A of the master cylinder 2 and, thereby, a gravity center position of the electric booster 1 can be brought close to the attachment surface 19B. Onto an electric booster 1 which is supported at only on one end by the attachment surface 19B, a less moment load is acted by vibrations of a vehicle and, therefore, occurrence of noise and vibrations can be suppressed.
