    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus for improving the quality and safety of a high-voltage transformer used in an electronic oven. SOLUTION: The high-voltage transformer is sealed in, with no coil or core exposed, and successfully realized to improve a cooling performance. The connection arrangement drawn out of the high-voltage transformer and a fixing arrangement of the vessel in which the high-voltage transformer is sealed up are improved to prevent electric accidents such as electric shock when inspecting or servicing an electronic oven. Thus, the performance and quality of the high- voltage transformer are improved. In a method and an apparatus for cooling the high-voltage transformer of an electronic oven, a cooling oil is injected into the vessel so that the heat generated at the coil and core of the high- voltage transformer is absorbed by the cooling oil, and the heat of the cooling oil is dispersed through the vessel which exchanges heat with the outside. Thereby, assembling can be done with a single process and moreover earthing can be made by placing the curled portion 23 in contact with the stacked iron core 1.
