    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a user to get a pleasure of playing in concert even if playing a musical performance game alone. SOLUTION: When the musical performance game is started, a user selects a part in charge. When the user finishes to select the part in charge, a concert is started. When the concert is started, the user can participate in the concert by executing an input operation according to the part in charge. While playing the concert, history data chronologically expressing the performance content of the user are generated and recorded in an external main memory. When the concert is finished, the user changes the part in charge and plays the concert again. In this case, a musical instrument plays the part selected by the user at present according to the user's input, at the same time the history data chronologically expressing the performance content are generated and the performances of parts which the user has selected in the past out of the residual parts are automatically played based on the history data.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound output control program and a sound output control device, capable of performing simulated stroke play by controller swinging operation. SOLUTION: A sound output control device includes a controller 14 by which a user performs stroke operation. Acceleration sensors for detecting acceleration of, for example, two axes of X and Z are provided. A sum of the acceleration of two axes is calculated, and sound output is controlled according to change of the sum of the acceleration. Specifically, when the sum of the acceleration exceeds each threshold corresponding to each string of a string musical instrument such as a guitar, a timbre corresponding to the threshold is outputed.
