    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide mechanical model estimating equipment for motor control equipment of low cost which can easily estimate a mechanical model without using a measuring apparatus of high cost or needing high professional knowledge and experience of a worker.
      SOLUTION: The motor control equipment is provided with a motor 4 for driving a load machine, a rotation detector 3 for detecting the angle of rotation of the motor 4, and a servocontrol unit 2 for controlling the motor 4. An arithmetic unit 1 automatically calculates a protruding form which turns into a resonance frequency and an antiresonance frequency from frequency characteristic obtained from an operation command signal 8 and a rotation detector signal 9. The arithmetic unit 1 calculates errors between frequency characteristics calculated by frequency characteristic formulas 20 of a two-inertia model and a rigid body model and measured frequency characteristics. The arithmetic unit 1 compares the calculated values in the frequency characteristics of the two-inertia model and the rigid body model with the minimum errors of the calculated values, respectively, thereby automatically modeling the characteristics of the machine.
