    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical information recording/reproducing device simultaneously performing a precure process or a postcure process, and a data recording process, wherein one driver device can control a process of positioning at any position on a recording medium. SOLUTION: In one driver device, there are arranged a means for irradiating signal light and reference light required to record data, and a means for cure, which can perform both or one of precure irradiation irradiating a predetermined light beam before irradiating the reference light and the signal light on the desired position and postcure irradiation irradiating the predetermined light beam on the desired position in order to make the position unrewritable after recording information on the desired position on the light recording medium, when recording information on a desired position on an optical information recording medium.     • PURPOSE:To mass-produce holograms with high precision by utilizing the curing properties by electron beam for forming of a resin to be used for recording an interference fringe, and, by matching the releasing effect through an irradiation of an electron beam in two stages. CONSTITUTION:In a nitrogen chamber, an electron beam 26 is made to irradiate onto a sheet 20a of a base material on which a resin 23 having the curing properties by an electron beam is coated, then only a skin layer 27 of the resin layer 23 is cured. The sheet 20a is then introduced into a succeeding nitrogen chamber. Here, fine unevenness 31 constituting holographic information is pressed against the layer 23 of thermosetting resin by an original plate 30 of hologram, thereby the corresponding holographic information is recorded on the resin layer 23 or on its cured material layer 27 as the fine unevenness 32. On the other hand, the electron beam 26 is made to irradiate onto the resin layer 23 by passing through a sheet 20, then whole of the resin layer 23 is cured.
