    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording material for hologram which hardly causes aging deterioration of recorded data and to provide a manufacture method of the recording material, a recording medium for hologram, a recording method of hologram and a method for reproducing hologram.
      SOLUTION: The recording material 1 for hologram comprises a metal oxide porous body 2 provided with an oxygen-donating substance 6 in pores 4. In the recording material 1 for hologram, the recording of hologram is performed in accordance with the increase of oxygen content of the metal oxide porous body 2 brought about by oxygen originated from the oxygen-donating substance 6 produced by irradiation with recording light. In such a case, the irradiated part is not changed and scarcely causes a volume change due to heat even when being irradiated with any more light. By using such a recording material 1 for hologram, the aging deterioration of recorded data due to the repeated reproduction, the long-term preservation of the recorded medium and so on is reduced.
