The addition of the rapidly reactive yellow coupler and the magenta coupler permits development to be executed at high speed, fogging to be restrained, and raw storage stability to be enhanced.

Said compd. is superior in reactivity with said oxidized product, and captures the unnecessary rest of the product, resulting in remarkable reduction of fog in the image.
