    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microcell capable of efficiently analyzing even a smaller amount of a sample.
      SOLUTION: The microcell 10 includes a sheetlike spacer 12 provided with small holes 24 having notches 22, window plates 14 arranged in opposed relationship through the spacer 12 and constituted of a material pervious to measuring light L and window pressers 16 arranged in opposed relationship through the window plates 14 and closely bringing the spacer 12 and the window plates 14 into contact with each other. The spaces surrounded by the small holes 24 of the spacer 12 and the window plates 14 are used as cell inner chambers 30 to receive a liquid sample and a plurality of the cell inner chambers 30 are provided by providing a plurality of the small holes 24 to the spacers 12. Each of the small holes 24 has a dimension D
      2 based on the amount of the liquid sample and has the thickness of the spacer 12 and the dimension D
      1 of the communication part 25 of the notch 22 and each of the small holes 24 is made smaller than the dimension D
