    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating temperature adjustment circuit for a thermal flow meter capable of adjusting fluctuations in the heating temperature of a heating resistor caused by resistance fluctuations, with high accuracy and in an inexpensive way. SOLUTION: The thermal flow meter includes the heating resistor which generates heat by causing current to flow; a first temperature measuring resistor; a second resistor; a third resistor; a fourth resistor whose resistance values vary with their temperatures; and a fixed resistor whose resistance temperature coefficient is smaller than that of the first temperature measuring resistor, controls the heating temperature of the heating resistor and measures the flow rate of a fluid. Moreover, the flow meter includes a first series circuit in which the fixed resistor, the first temperature measuring resistor, and the second resistor are connected to each other in series, and a second series circuit in which the third resistor and the fourth resistor are connected to each other, in series, and generates a voltage which is to be applied to the second series circuit, based on the voltages of both ends of the fixed resistor.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air flow meter 1 which accurately measures the temperature of air, by suppressing the effect of heat propagated to an intake air temperature sensor 5. SOLUTION: The air flow meter 1 which measures the quantity of intake air of an automobile engine includes a sensor body 2 inserted into an intake air duct 6, and the intake air temperature sensor 5 is disposed on the upstream side of the most upstream end of the sensor body 2 and connected to a connector 11 by a lead wire 12. According to this constitution, no stagnation of air is brought about around the intake air temperature sensor 5 and the air flowing inside the intake air duct 6 hits the intake air temperature sensor 5 directly. In other words, the air of a larger quantity hits the sensor 5 efficiently, and therefore the effect of the radiant heat that the intake air temperature sensor 5 receives from the sensor body 2 is lessened.
