摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly respond to the temperature change in a reactor and to control the temperature in the reactor.SOLUTION: The temperature control system 20 includes: a refrigerant drum 1 that accommodates a liquid refrigerant in a state of gas-liquid equilibrium; a heat removal part 7 disposed in the reactor 5 with the liquid refrigerant supplied by the refrigerant drum 1 flowing therein; a temperature measurement part 6 that measures the temperature in the reactor 5; and a pressure control part 18 that controls the pressure in the refrigerant drum 1. The pressure control part 18 controls the temperature of the liquid refrigerant in the refrigerant drum 1 by controlling the pressure in the refrigerant drum 1 on the basis of the deviation of the actual temperature in the reactor 5 measured by the temperature measurement part 6 and a temperature setting value for the inside of the reactor 5.

The header 6 is arranged to cover at least a part of the surface 3 of the heat block so that a continuous flow passage is formed between the header 6 and a part of the heat exchange passages. A flow passage opening 8 is formed on the end face of the header 5, and a header side end part of a socket tube passage 12 connected to the outside is opposed to the flow passage opening. The flow passage opening is arranged substantially orthogonally to the surface covered by the header in the heat exchange block. Just before the header side end part inside the socket tube passage 12, fluid guide means 12, 24, 25 and 26 are arranged.
