    • 본 발명은 높은 함수율의 투입 유기성 폐기물을 건조시키는 건조기(100)와, 상기 건조기로 부터 배출되는 건조 유기성 폐기물을 고형연료 기준에 부합되게 2차 건조시키는 연료화건조기(200), 상기 연료화건조기(200)에서 배출되는 건조 유기성 폐기물을 냉각시켜 성형기로 배출하는 건조물 냉각기(400)를 구비하는 유기성 폐기물의 연료화와 부숙화 하이브리드 자원화시스템에 있어서, 상기 건조기(100)로 부터 공급받는 1차 건조된 유기성 폐기물을 부숙화시키는 부숙기(300)를 더 포함하며, 상기 연료화 건조기(200)와 부숙기(300)에 양단의 배출구들이 연결된 분배컨베이어(150)를 통하여 건조기(100)로 부터 1차 건조된 건조물을 수요에 따라 조절하여 연료화 건조기(200)와 부숙기(300)로 분배하여 공급하도록 된 것을 특징으로 하여 구성됨으로써, 유기성 폐기물을 고형연료나 퇴비로 수요량에 따라 생산량을 조절하여 대처할 수 있고, 연료화건조기에서 배출되는 배기가스나 부숙기에서 발생되는 배가스를 건조기로 공급하여 재사용하여 에너지를 절감하고, 멀티집진기(520)에서 배출되는 배기가스 일부를 탈습기(700)에서 응축 냉각기(710)로 수분을 제거하여 탈취로(120)로 공급하여 유기성 폐기물 건조 열원으로 이용하여 건조기에서 사용되는 열에너지 절감, 배기가스의 대기 배출량을 최소화하여 악취방지시설 설치 비용 절감, 대기오염물질의 배출 억제로 친환경 그린뉴딜 정책에 부합하는 효과가 있다.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluidized bed apparatus capable of reducing a distortion induced in a casing and suppressing a damage inflicted to the apparatus with respect to the fluidized bed apparatus in which a filter casing is vertically movably arranged.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To securely prevent dust fly and adhesion of carbon to a coke oven wall, even if an amount of fine powders exhausted and collected with gases from a fluidized bed drier increases or decreases, when supply of exhausted gases from the coke oven which are high temperature gases supplied to the fluidized bed drier as a heat source and a fluidized gas stops, decreases or increases, or a temperature of the gases changes.
      SOLUTION: This drying equipment for a wet raw material comprises a fluidized bed drier 8 to dry the wet raw material, a gas charging pipe line 5 to supply the exhausted gases from the coke oven to the fluidized bed drier 8 as the heat source and the fluidized gas, and a dust collector 11 to collect a fine powder exhausted with the gases from the fluidized bed drier 8, in which the drying equipment is equipped with a binder addition device 18 having a mechanism capable of adjusting an amount of the binder added to the fine powder to be a fixed ratio automatically or manually, even when an amount of the collected fine powder through a collector 11 changes due to a variation of a temperature of the exhausted gases from the coke oven or a variation of a drying degree of the wet raw material with a flow variation.
