    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the NOx in a combustion exhaust gas by improving a combustion device wherein the secondary air is supplied to the primary combustion flame for the secondary combustion, after the primary combustion of the fuel and the primary air of less than theoretical amount of air.
      SOLUTION: In this combustion device comprising a fuel supply nozzle 11 for supplying the fuel, a primary air supply nozzle 12 for supplying the primary air of less than the theoretical amount of air to the fuel supplied from the fuel supply nozzle, a primary combustion part 13 for burning the fuel and the primary air, and a secondary air supply nozzle 14 for supplying the secondary air at an outer peripheral side of the primary combustion part, one or more secondary air supply nozzles are mounted within a range of 160° to a center of the primary combustion part, and the secondary air supply nozzles are inclined outward with respect to the primary combustion part.

    • PURPOSE:To control an air intake amount in proportion to a combustion amount and improve combustion quality due to an alternation of air pattern by a structure wherein the opening area of the air intake holes of the baffle plates are made capable of changing air volume in proportion to the combustion amount. CONSTITUTION:An atomizing nozzle 8 is fixed to one end of the fixed type baffle plate of a cone-shaped 10, and in backward of the atomizing nozzle 8, the central opening hole 12 is formed in parallel to the axial center thereof and formed a turn-back. In a slant unit of the fixed type baffle plate 10, a plural numbers of central air intake hole 14 are formed, while in the slant unit of the first baffle plate 16, which is slidable to the axial center direction, a plural numbers of the first air intake holes 18 are formed. Further, in the outside of the first baffle plate 16, the second baffle plate 20 are formed with a plurality of the second air intake holes 22 so as to interconnect with the slant unit of the first baffle plate 16. Therefore, air intake holes are effectively formed by advance or retreat movements of the baffle plates 16, 20, which make the variable air opening area in proportion to the combustion volume thereof, consequently, the air intake amount is controlled.
