    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seal attached to a member on one side among two opening and closing members to seal a section between two members when two members are closed and capable of preventing occurrence of leaving and rupture of seal rubber by opening two members, providing stable seal performance, and mounting a seal rubber simply even when constituting a large-sized seal. SOLUTION: The seal rubber 3 is mounted in a first peripheral channel part 2 provided on a main face 1A on one side of a main body fitting 1 like substantially flat plate, and a second peripheral channel part 4 and a plurality of communicating holes 5 for communicating between the second peripheral channel part 4 and the first peripheral channel part 2 are provided on a main face 1B on the other side of the main body fitting 1. A locking rubber 6 arranged in the second peripheral channel part 4, the seal rubber 3, and a bridge rubber 7 arranged in the communicating hole 5 are mutually integrated. The first peripheral channel part 2 is a dovetail groove, and the second peripheral channel part 4 has such shape that an inner side face whose channel width is sequentially reduced from its channel opening side to a channel bottom face side is inclined.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a basket capable of restraining metal components of an internal combustion engine from being directly abutted to each other for a long time period. SOLUTION: The cylinder head basket 14 intervenes between a cylinder block 11 and a cylinder head 12 of the internal combustion engine in order to seal combustion gas, and is provided with a substrate 15 and a grommet 17. The substrate 15 is formed by synthetic resin which is a material having electrical insulation, and is provided with a hole 16 in a portion corresponding to the sealed part of the cylinder block 11 and the cylinder head 12. The grommet 17 is formed by a metal material (stainless steel) having heat resistance higher than the substrate 15. The grommet 17 is provided with a pair of fastening parts 18 and 19 for fastening the substrate 15 from the cylinder block 11 side and the cylinder head 12 side, and a connecting part 20 for connecting the fastening parts 18 and 19 in the hole 16; and covers a wall surface of the hole 16 and the periphery.
