    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shift control device which can determine a shift position from an absolute position of mechanical displacement of a shift mechanism, and which can accurately determine the shift position regardless of disturbance and a secular change. SOLUTION: It is determined whether or not the range of a change of position voltage PV which is absolute position information is larger than a fluctuation tolerance with respect to the range of a change of a pulse count number CP which is relative position information. When the state that the range of a change of position voltage PV is larger than the fluctuation tolerance has lasted more than decision time T, it is judged that a continuous disturbance is included in the position voltage PV, and the correlation between the position voltage PV and the shift positions "P", "R", "N", "D" of a manual valve 46 is corrected by learning. Because of this, even when the position voltage PV has changed because of, for example, a disturbance magnetic field, a change in environmental temperature, secular changes in detection characteristics of a Hall device 78 or the like, the correlation is corrected.
