    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic system for a construction machine, increasing the driving speed of a working apparatus by the hydraulic system of the construction machine such as an excavator and intercepting a hydraulic fluid from the working apparatus side to the traveling apparatus side during combined operation.
      SOLUTION: The hydraulic system for the construction machine includes: first and second variable displacement hydraulic pumps 50, 51; a first traveling control valve 54 provided in a center by-pass passage 52; first control valves 58, 59 controlling a turning motor 56 and an arm cylinder 57 respectively; a second traveling control valve 62 provided in a center by-pass passage 60; second control valves 66, 67 controlling a boom cylinder 64 and a bucket cylinder 65; and a variable displacement third hydraulic pump 69 connected to the center by-pass passage 60 through a branch passage 70 branched from a discharge passage 71 connected to a parallel line 63. When at least one of the first and second control valves 58, 59, 66, 67 is operated, the hydraulic fluid supplied from the third hydraulic pump 69 joins an actuator.
