    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain the fluctuation of a liquid feed amount even when switching a pump used for liquid feed operation while preventing a break of backflow in a continuous liquid feed system.SOLUTION: The continuous liquid feed system 50 is adapted to suck liquid stored in a container 40 and to pressurize and discharge the liquid to a demand source. The system 50 includes a plurality of pumps 18a, 18b communicating with the container; valves 22a, 22b provided at the plurality of pumps respectively and arranged between the pumps and the container; motors 13a, 13b provided at the respective pumps to drive the pumps; and a controller 31 for controlling the motors and the valves. When discharging the predetermined flow by the single pump, the controller puts the other pump in sucking operation or stops it, and reduces the discharge flow of the pump that discharges or has discharged singly for a predetermined time from the start of discharge and for a predetermined time immediately before the end of discharge when the single pump discharges, and further causes the other pump to discharge only the reduced flow portion.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the pouring precision of liquid inside a container in a liquid feeding technology to be used for feeding liquid inside the container with its inside in a negative pressure state.SOLUTION: A liquid feeding apparatus 10 has a liquid feed pump 20 for feeding liquid to a battery container which is kept in a negative pressure atmosphere. The liquid feed pump 20 has a pump chamber 28 which communicates with a primary pipe 21 connected to a liquid storage tank 14 and a secondary pipe 22 connected to a discharge nozzle 13 and gets a liquid filled into an object to be filled from the discharge nozzle 13 when the pump chamber 28 shrinks. In the filling step in which a primary side on-off valve 23 is closed, a secondary side on-off valve 24 is opened, and the pump chamber 28 is allowed to shrink to fill the liquid in the object to be filled, transmission of the negative pressure in a vacuum tank 11 to the pump chamber 28 is prevented by a throttle section 40 formed in the discharge nozzle 13.
