    • PURPOSE:To aim at simplifying the installation, inspection and maintenance of a pressurizing device, by removably connecting, with a coupling seat formed in the bottom peripheral wall of an intake chamber, an underwater pump having its axial direction extending in substantial parallel with the bottom of the intake chamber and a pressure tank arranged outside of and spaced from the intake chamber. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of coupling seats 1c are integrally formed in the peripheral wall on the bottom side 1a of an intake chamber 1, and of the coupling seats 1c, the one coupling seat 1a which is communicted with a water passage 1f is removably and water-tightly connected with an underwater electrical pump 7 arranged in the bottom 1a of the intake chamber 1 and having its axial direction extending in substantial parallel with the bottom 1a and a pressure tank 12 arranged adjacently to and outside of the intake chamber 1 through a hollow coupling member 13 communicated with the water passage 1f. With this arrangement, the installation, inspection and maintenance of the pressurizing device, and the intake chamber 1 and a lid 2 are made light-weighted since the weight load of the pressure tank 12 is not at all applied to the intake chamber 1, thereby the pressurizing device may be manufactured at a low cost. Further, the inspection of the underwater pump 7 may be simply made.

CONSTITUTION:A plurality of coupling seats 1c are integrally formed in the peripheral wall on the bottom 1a side of an intake chamber 1, and of the coupling seats 1c, the coupling seat 1c which is communicated with a water supply pipe 1f is removably connected with a water feed pipe 8 for an underwater pump 7 arranged in the hollow 1a and having its axial direction extending in substantial parallel with the bottom 1a in the intake chamber 1 and a pressure tank 12 adjacently arranged outside of the intake chamber 1 by means of a plurality of bolts and nuts 13, 14 with gaskets 10, 11 being interposed therebetween in a water-tight manner. With this arrangement, the installation, inspection and maintenance of the pressurizing device may be simplified, as well the intake chamber 1 and its lid 2 are made light-weighted since the weight load of the pressure tank 12 is not applied to the intake chamber 1. Therefore, the intake chamber 1 and the lid 2 may be manufactured at a low cost, and further the inspection of the underwater electrical pump 7 may be simply made.
